We planted our first backyard garden this spring! I've actually been slacking on my blogging...we did this about 2 weeks ago. I've been saving egg cartons and milk jugs to use to start our seeds. (I know I should have started them sooner, but I just didn't get to it...I also didn't count on such a short winter.)
We bought some potting mix to mix in with our compost soil. We are planting tomatoes, green peppers, cucumber, spinach, cantaloupe, watermelon, cabbage and jalepenos.
